About the I Care Now Foundation, Inc.

In 2002, the non-profit I Care Now Foundation, Incorporated was established to facilitate parent engagement, character development, and community involvement research, training, and the implementation through selected demonstration projects. Grants are awarded to school districts implementing the “I Care” Curriculum.

2012 “I Care” Community Partnership Grants

One $1,000.00 “I Care” Community Partnership grant is currently available to school districts implementing the “I Care” Positive Parenting Character Curriculum district-wide. The grants are designed to support the implementation of the “I Care” Community Involvement Component.

Requirements

  • Must have been implementing “I Care” for two or more years
  • Must submit an “I Care” Community Partnership implementation plan
  • Fiscal agent must be 501(c)(3) tax exempt
  • Results Closeout Report due one year from award date

How to Apply

Write a letter to the I Care Now Foundation at P.O. Box 492, Americus, GA 31709 and share how you will use the grant award to enhance character development through parent engagement in your community. Attach a copy of your “I Care” Community Partnership implementation plan along with your fiscal agent’s 501(c)(3) tax exempt identification number.
